AGREEMENT

This document comprises the entire understanding between both the Clients (โ€œClientsโ€) and Alexander Photography ( photographer Mr John A Nevin )

Scope of Work

The Photographer agrees to provide wedding photography services as specified in this Agreement. The services include photographing the Clients and their event on the Wedding Date at the Wedding venue.

Pre-Wedding  Consultation

A pre-wedding consultation will be scheduled to discuss the Clientsโ€™ requirements, key moments, and wedding timeline. This meeting may be conducted in person, via phone, or via email. A follow-up consultation (approximately two weeks before the wedding) is recommended to finalise any details.

 

Wedding Day Schedule

 

Both the Clients and the Photographer agree to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule to ensure comprehensive photographic coverage. Delays, disruptions, or changes to the schedule may impact the quality or quantity of photographs.

 

Wedding Guests and Cooperation

The Clients agree to prioritize the Photographerโ€™s access during key moments of the event to meet the requirements of this Agreement.

The Photographer is not responsible for missed photographs due to interference by guests or obstructions.

Venue House Rules

 

The Clients acknowledge that the Photographer may be subject to restrictions imposed by officiants, venue management, or other authorities (e.g., no flash photography, restricted areas). The Clients are responsible for understanding and negotiating these restrictions in advance.

 

Copyright and Usage Rights

 

Model Release

The Clients grant the Photographer permission to use their likeness and event images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio showcases, social media, and advertising.

Image Delivery and Editing

 

Limit of Liability

In the unlikely event of loss, damage, or failure to deliver the photographs due to technical issues, theft, or unforeseen circumstances, the Photographerโ€™s liability is limited to the return of payments received.

Force Majeure

 

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or other unforeseen events.

Expenses

 

The Clients are responsible for reimbursing the Photographer for any additional expenses incurred, including travel beyond  50 miles, parking fees, permits, or lodging if required.

 

Returned Payments

Returned payments (e.g., bounced checks) are subject to a ยฃ50 charge. The Clients are responsible for any collection or legal fees associated with enforcing payment terms.
