Taking the step towards engagement photos for each is a must-have, so here at Alexander Photography,

I’m delighted to work with you both and capture your special moments of engagement.

An engagement shoot is a must, and you can make it so much fun in addition to your wedding photography experience! 

The sessions can be formal or relaxed (the majority opt for the latter), and the location can be a local special spot or a lovely place you visit. The opportunity to capture wonderful memories before the wedding, anytime from 1 year to 2 weeks before the big day. It’s your big day.

Most couples tell me that they are not photogenic and don’t have any nice pictures of themselves, or if they do, it’s a holiday selfie.

So, this is your opportunity to book!

I do love pre-wedding shoots and recommend these for several reasons.

1. It will help us get to know each other better, and learn to be relaxed in front of the lens while listening to the photographer’s instructions, and settle you in.

2. You will get to know how I work and how it feels to get to be in front of the camera
3. You will have some wonderful images (even if you only use them to update your profile pic!

You can use the images not only in your home but also on your wedding stationery (save-the-dates, invitations, thank-you cards, etc.) or as a photo guest book. I’ve seen this being used a few times!

During your engagement session, you will realise that being photographed is not as scary as you may think! Most couples don’t like having their photos taken, but I aim to make everyone feel at ease in front of the camera.
